37 Days

Today I got a bit of disappointing news. Unfortunately, La Sorbonne is doing something with the classrooms that they use for our classes so I won't be studying there. They are moving all of the teachers and everything over to a different university in Paris. But, it is not in the middle of Paris like the Sorbonne. It stinks a little, but at least it's Paris!

My mom was angry about this so she called the program and they said that the location of the classes doesn't matter as much as we thought, because we thought that the classes were in the morning but they are really in the afternoon. So, I will be doing sightseeing in the morning, then heading over to classes, then going back to the hotel, then going out to do fun stuff in the night. Since I will be going back to the hotel after the classes anyways, the location doesn't matter as much. The university is a lot closer to the hotel than the Sorbonne, so that will be nice! Also at the new place there are sports facilities and other things that I think will be open to me which is nice so I won't have to sign up for a gym to exercise!

So it won't be exactly what I was expecting, but I can't complain! I will be in Paris!

45 Days

I have recently figured out what the effect used to make pictures seem miniature is and I love it. It is called tilt-shift and it is weird how well it works. Here are some pictures of Paris that seriously just look like little cities!

I just think that they all look so cool! *FYI these photos are not mine and I do not take credit for them. However with the pictures from my trip I will be doing the same thing!

Today I'm going to show you guys some of my possible outfit choices for Paris! I personally think that the outfits look better on me than the floor so don't judge them yet. Also, most of these outfits do not include accessories or shoes that I would wear with them so they aren't the complete outfits, just the clothes. Sorry for my laziness!

60 Days

Being sick sucks, but it gives me a lot of time to think. And when I have time to think, my mind always wanders to Paris. I've been thinking about how the Lizzie McGuire Movie and Monte Carlo have really set the bar high for my trip. Because of these movies I now expect to have a famous twin and end up going on a huge adventure that I could get in a lot of trouble for. So to my uber rich doppelgänger, make sure you have something fun planned for me. Yesterday I was in New York City with my sister and I had to take the train home by myself. So I was in Penn Station and about 15 minutes before my train got there I realized I had no idea where I was going and I started freaking out. The track that I was going to was literally right in front of me and I couldn't find it. I got on my train fine but it made me realize how incompetent I am going to be in Paris, where they don't even speak English. How am I going to make it? I'm going to have to study the Metro map before I go... Well Paris keeps getting closer and closer and I keep getting more and more excited! Exactly two months from now I will be on my way!
